The base application includes configuration of the system for your needs to include a site configuration setup, menu setup and installation of the application, database, and base reports in one environment, local or cloud.
The base module includes the following non-automated data management features:
- Site Data Management:
- Site location setup in the system including truck lanes, docks, pipelines, and rail spots.
- Inventory location setup including tanks, silos, flat storage, and warehouses.
- Product setup (liquid and/or dry) including recipe configuration, product attributes, unit of measure requirements, information sheets, and Bill of Lading (BOL) message requirements.
- Entity Data Management:
- Collect data on business types you work with in verbiage your employees already understand.
- Assign business relationships between companies to validate correct ticketing/order setup.
- Assign products and set allocations, lock entities, setup contacts, and email BOLs and reports.
- Ticket/Order Data Management:
- Configuration of needed ticket types including ticket settings to dynamically update fields for each type of ticket in the system.
- Configuration of site-specific saving checks and user messaging to avoid errors and conflicts at the site.
- Manual data entry of configured ticket types for scheduling, execution, and completion.
- Standard Reports:
- Includes standard out of the box reports and automatic emailing of those reports.
